‍ ‍My Approach

I specialize in heart work. I help you return to feelings you abandoned long ago, so they can finally be felt, heard, and let go. I use your emotions as a guide, not a problem to manage.

I believe deeply in this work because I've watched it change people. When you feel, for the first time, what you were never allowed to feel, something in you shifts. The wound that never got space can begin to loosen its hold, creating an openness.

This is where the work happens: between what was and what can be.

Why Choose Me?

I keep my practice small, so I can give each person the time, flexibility, attention, and care they deserve.

My clients know they can count on me. I show up and do the work, on the days they don’t think they need it, and especially on the days they need it the most.
