I provide individual therapy to adults (18+) across all of New York State, held remotely through secure video.
I don't offer in-person sessions at this time — but stay tuned!

Yes. I offer 60-minute case consultation for therapists working with identity, cultural, and family of origin concerns. Consultations are $225. You can learn more on my Services page, or reach out through the contact form, email, or phone to schedule.

I'm a private-pay provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. Many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits to help cover our work together. I'm happy to provide the documentation you'd need to submit for reimbursement. We can talk through how that works when we meet.

You can reach out through the contact form, email, or phone, whatever feels easiest. From there, we'll set up a free 15–20 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit. I'll tell you a bit about how I work, and you're welcome to ask me anything on your mind.
If it feels right to move forward, our next step is a 90-minute intake. This is where I slow down and really get to know you and the life that's brought you here.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; life happens, and I just want to be able to plan for it.
If a cancellation or no-show happens with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will apply. If we're able to reschedule your appointment within the same week, the fee will be waived. I'd rather find you another time than charge you for missing one.
