Lean into Change
Do you feel overwhelmed, worn out, or anxious from trying to hold it all together?
Welcome.
Do you wish you didn’t have to perform in your relationships?
I got you.
Does it feel like change is not possible, but staying the same is not an option either?
You’re not alone.
I work with adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s whose identity and capacity for connection have been shaped by cultural expectations, family dynamics, and relational trauma.

Every Version of You is Welcome.
Most of my clients learned early on that being themselves wasn't safe, whether in their families or in their relationships. They were loved, but often for the version of themselves that was easiest to deal with. They made themselves small so others could stay comfortable, lived out expectations that weren’t theirs, and worked hard to be the “good” one.
Why does this matter? Because not being able to show up fully in childhood impacts how you show up in adulthood. It can show up in who you choose to be with, how you handle conflict, and even how you love and allow yourself to be loved. It can bleed into everything, without you even realizing it.
In our space, you’ll never have to hide. There’s room for the shame, the guilt, the disappointment, the anger, and whatever else you’ve been carrying for far too long. My work is to know you. All of you. Not just the parts that have been the easiest to love.
“Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.”
